Here Are 9 Convenient K Beauty Skincare Products!
When you don’t have access to a sink, or even if you don’t feel like washing your face, having a facial wipe with good ingredients can be very convenient and helpful. At the same time, we all know that makeup wipes aren't always the best. However, Clean Skin is a makeup wipe brand that Cassandra actually recommends - mostly because they are a good exception.
They don’t harm animals or the environment, and they have great ingredients. Plus, they are 40% bigger than conventional makeup wipes. These wipes are also biodegradable.
Likewise, you’ll notice that the brand does have a clean marketing aspect. The brand claims to be “free of parabens, harsh chemicals, fragrance, phthalates, dyes, ethanol, and alcohol.” But, this is not why Cassandra likes the product. Just because the product is “clean” or “natural,” doesn’t make it better. In reality, some of those ingredients are fine. But, if you’re worried about it, this product doesn’t have them.
More importantly, the wipes do not include fragrance, and they work well on sensitive skin.
Skincare sprays
Skincare sprays are great for athletes and being on the go. They are also great for when you don’t have access to a sink. In just a spray or two, you get a healthy dose of skincare. Plus, you don’t even need a towelette or cotton pad to dab it onto your face.
Dermalogica Multi-Active Toner - $14
This is an esthetician bestie, and if you’re an athlete or an active person, this one is phenomenal because it truly refreshes the skin.
Tower 28 SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray - $28
If your skin is sensitive, this works really well. It’s very lightweight, and it prepares your skin for the other products. More simply, this will help other skincare products penetrate and nourish the skin even more.
Three Ships Awake Rose Hydrosol Toner - $18
This one is sold at Target, and it’s a very eco-friendly brand. Three Ships creates luxury products without the luxury price tag, and this is a wonderful antioxidant mist that smells gorgeous.
We love this toner because it's something simple that make the skin feel better. The best mist for you however will depend on your skin's needs.
Multibalms
Serums normally come after toners, but if you you don’t have the time or wherewithal for a bunch of steps, a serum or a moisturizer might be a little overwhelming. But, K Beauty has come up with a solution called the multibalm.
Multibalms combine a serum, a moisturizer, and a skin protectant. This is wonderful for fine lines, and the different antioxidants and vitamins within the product are very nourishing, especially if you’re break-out prone.
Cocokind MyMatcha All-over Vegan Moisture Stick - $8.99
This one works really well. However, it does smell like a wheatgrass shot. You can use this as a serum moisturizer. You can also use it for cracked lips, as an under-eye balm, or a cuticle oil. You can also use these on the ends of your hair if you have split ends.
This will smoothe them over. Multibalms are also great for when you don’t want to put your hands on your face. They’re also great if you have dexterity limitations.
ROVECTIN Clean Lotus Water Cream: $20 - $24
Made with 75% hydrating lotus water and also sweet almond oil, this is like a serum and moisturizer in one. If you want to combine two skincare steps into one, this works very well.
The niacinamide works as a treatment (serum) step too since it address inflammation, oiliness, and barrier support. Plus, the oils within this product smooth over the skin and lock in moisture.
Sunscreen (SPF)
If you don’t have the energy or time for anything else, try to apply sunscreen. Sunscreen helps hyperpigmentation, melasma, and it prevents acne blemishes. Sunscreen also prevents blemishes from turning into scars.
