A lot of k beauty skincare routines have 15-20 steps, but this one only has 10.
First, let’s start with our routine for the nighttime.
1. Makeup removal at night
Once you open up the Hemish All Cleansing Balm, you’ll see that it has a spatula for hygiene. When you first put it in your hands, the product starts off as a balm-like texture, and then it starts to break down in your hands into an oil. Although it breaks down into an oil, there’s is no sticky film leftover after applying it. Once you rub it in, it becomes a milky cleanser.
This cleansing balm breaks down makeup, and it breaks down dirt. It gets oil out of your pores, but it doesn’t strip your skin. The main ingredient in this balm is ethyl hexyl palmitate. Ethyl hexyl palmitate is really good for maintaining the skin’s barrier function, and the shea butter in it gives you hydration.
So, this balm both hydrates your skin, and locks in this moisture. It’s just a melting cloud concoction. If you’re looking to rub a fluffy melting cloud that was made in Korea onto your beautiful cheeks, this is what you would use.

2. Toner to Hydrate
Next, it’s time to tone. One problem with toners is that a lot of them have alcohol which is drying. Alcohol can be very stripping and damaging to the skin. Also, a lot of toners have water which is the universal solvent. Water is not a bad ingredient in cosmetic chemistry, but it’s nice to have solvents in skincare that truly work to improve the skin. In this Frudia Avocado toner, liquid extracts are used as the base rather than water. The Avocado Relief Essence Toner is really cool because it comes out as a more milky toner. It feels very nice when you smooth it onto the skin.
Rather than using water in this toner, Frudia uses avocado extract which has amino acids at 76%. There’s also glycerin in here which is super hydrating. Next. there’s propanediol. This helps all of the good stuff like amino acids and avocado penetrate deeply into the skin. Additionally, this toner has vitamin B5, panthenol, and jojoba. This is definitely a hydrating toner so if you want that plump hydrated look, this is a win.

3, Apply vitamin C
Our skin endures environmental damage throughout the day, and the nighttime is the perfect time to repair it with vitamin C. Vitamin C is known to bring brightness and glow to the skin because it’s an antioxidant. It can also help with fine lines and with the subtle damage that our skin goes through during the day from radical oxygen species. If you’ve been outside or if you’ve had a little bit of extra sun exposure, this Vitamin C Serum from Purito is a good choice.This vitamin C serum from Purito has 5% vitamin C. 4. Apply a serum
The Aquatide Resurfacing Serum by Logically, Skin was inspired by research that won a Nobel Prize in medicine back in 2016. The research centered around the biological process of autophagy. As the cells in our body get older, they start to die. When the body senses that its cells aren’t working properly, it goes through something called apoptosis which is programmed cell death. 5. Lock in Your Hydration
Now, we’ve got to lock it all of these wonderful products, but instead of using a moisturizer, we can use the Derma Cica Barrier Sleeping Pack from Purito. 1. Refresh with a Toner
Just like the avocado essence from Frudia, the first ingredient in the Sioris Time is Running Out Mist isn’t alcohol or water. It’s yuzu water which is a citrus fruit extract. This has macadamia nut oil which is high in omega 9. Macadamia nut oil has 55% percent oleic acid which is great for sunburns and sensitive skin and for maintaining your skin’s natural barrier function. It also has jojoba oil which mimics the oil that our skin naturally produces. Luckily, jojoba does not include the breakout-causing cholesterol or wax that our face likes to naturally produce.

2. Apply a morning serum.
The Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Water Essenceis combined with water and hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is known as a humectant. Likewise, it holds onto moisture, plumps up your skin, and makes it look dewy and fresh. It has ingredients that prehydrate the hyaluronic acid and prevent it from causing transepidermal water loss. The hyaluronic acid can pull from the water in the formula rather than your skin. This serum actually has hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate. There are other humectants and moisturizing ingredients such as oat kernel extract as well as beta-glucans that hold on to moisture and impart it into your skin too. 3. Apply an eye cream

4. Apply a Moisturizer
The iUNIK Centella Calming Gel Cream is a lightweight moisturizer for use during the daytime. It has centella asiatica and tigergrass. It also has tea tree leaf water at 10% which can help stop breakouts from forming. Tea tree leaf water is much different from oil. Tea tree oil is antibacterial and antimicrobial, but it can be too much for some people’s skin. Tea tree leaf water is much gentler.
On top of that, the serum has niacinamide which is even more soothing. These ingredients are packed into a lightweight gel that smoothes onto the skin nicely. The cream almost feels like a makeup primer. The base of the serum is butylene glycol, trimethylene, and cycolopentasiloxene. 5. Use a sunscreen
Youshould reapply your sunscreen every two hours.
